INTERNET BOOKINGS:
Our Internet 'Online' Booking gives customers the ability to place their bookings directly into our system from their PC desktop. This eliminates the necessity of making time consuming telephone calls by staff. This technology also gives direct access to all information relating to jobs in progress.

SIMPLIFIED BOOKING SYSTEM:
Our Booking program is totally "user friendly". The system has been specifically designed to ensure that lodgment of a booking is both time and labour efficient as possible. All relevant information, such as pick up address, contact name and phone number etc are permanently stored in our booking system. All you need when booking a courier is your designated customer code.
ITEMISED STATEMENTS:
Statements include full details relating to each individual job including:
Date - Dispatch Point - Delivery Point - Service Type- Customer Ref and Total Cost.
Invoices are subtotaled by reference. This format eliminates the need for staff to spend time sifting through statements, allocating costs and sorting invoices.
REPORTING FACILITIES:
Through our system we have the ability to generate various reports covering all aspects of a customers day to day usage of couriers. Reports can be generated to cover many areas for any given period within the previous two months.
ELECTRONIC INVOICING:
The CARRY computing systems allows us to invoice customers electronically via computer disc. This facility combined with the fully itemised accounts eliminates the weekly paper chase.
