Couriers Express Services is currently looking for new independent contractors to service its rapidly expanding client base in all areas.

Experience is not necessary as full in-house training is provided.
It's as simple as calling or e-mailing your details through to our personnel officer and he/she will soon be in touch.
Vehicles required range in size from, motorbikes, one tonne vans and trays and large taxi truck vehicles.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS:

We are proud of the level of professionalism displayed by our fleet of independent contractor / drivers. The impression our courier / contractor presents to YOUR CUSTOMER is extremely important. Our independent contractors aim to present the most professional image possible. To ensure versatility and flexibility we do engage motorcycle contractors. All our contractors are required to wear neat clean uniforms at all times as a condition of their engagement. Photo identification for all contractors which is to be worn at all times.

All contractors engaged in specialist areas of our business are "hand picked" to ensure that:

They have a full and comprehensive knowledge of each Customer's requirements
They have demonstrated a proven record of reliability.
They display a professional image consistent with each client's needs
They are fully conversant with and competent in the use of electronic bar code management systems.

To ensure this high level of service is maintained, all contractors are required to periodically attend specialised customer service training sessions.

VEHICLES:

Our contractors use clean, white, late model Hatchbacks, 1 Tonne vans, Trays and Station Wagons, making it one of the largest fleet of vehicles in the metropolitan area. We also operate a small fleet of mini cars contractors dedicated to the Central C.B.D. area. To maintain the highest level of service possible all vehicles are operated by dedicated professional owner operators, who take pride in the service they provide. We offer services that can be relied on. All vehicles are fully equipped to ensure that goods are delivered in the same condition they are dispatched.

DATA TERMINALS:

To ensure that all information relating to pick ups is transferred to our contractors in the fastest way possible vehicles are fitted with the latest Electronic Data Transfer equipment available. This type of information transfer ensures that all details relating to a pick up, right down to the Melway reference, is displayed on the "in car terminals". This system also ensures our contractors have up to the minute information regarding all current work.
